At Mool Sukh, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products showing signs of use or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Important Note
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These are not considered defects.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@moolsukh.in with your order ID and reason

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after quality check of the returned product

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
