Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original packaging and tags must be intact

The product must be in resalable condition

Products showing signs of use or damage

Items returned without original packaging

Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Important Note
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
Return Process

Email us at support@moolsukh.in with your order ID and reason

Our team will confirm eligibility

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process
Refunds

Refunds will be processed after quality check of the returned product

Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
